I received a postcard from this company about selling my manufactured home and that they sell quickly. We had our initial meeting and we discussed what I would like to sell my house for and they educated me on what they thought the market and neighborhood was supporting. Of course, I stayed with what I wanted and the house sat for a bit. We dropped the price until we ultimately ended up where they recommended from day one. Once we were in that price point we had an offer within a couple weeks and closed within 30 days. The moral of the story, listen to their recommendation and you will have great results. In addition, the communication and professionalism was perfect. Calls were returned promptly and all the details leading up to and on the day of closing was spot on. I could not have asked for a better experience or signed with a better company.
